Ticket Travel Group AB takes SEK3m hit from SweFly's cancellation of operations

Swedish travel group Ticket Travel Group AB said on Monday (12 September) that its results for 2005 would be negatively affected by some SEK3m due to the airline SweFly's suspension of payments. SweFly announced earlier this month that it was unable to finance its operations and that it was cancelling all its flights. Its financial problems also stranded a number of passengers in Asia.

A total of some 250 passengers were affected by SweFly's suspension of operations.
